Hi Bob1948Woolie, Please perform the touch screen functionality test on your phone using the Samsung Members app and get back to us with the model number and screenshots of the result along with the android version as mentioned by RedDogRabbit. Open the Samsung Members app> Tap on Get Help> Tap the Interactive checks option> Select Touch screen.
