Has anyone experienced Rogers not being able to unlock a phone because their system doesnt recognize the IMEI? I bought the phone from them and it was connected to my account until I upgraded. Samsung cannot unlock it because of Rogers but they did say IMEI is correct. I have now had to go to an outside vendor

interesting I'm with Rogers too but I didn't get my s7 unlocked yet and now I begin to try unlock it

Took phone to outside vendor and the couldn't unlock it either. It came back rejected. I suspect Rogers made an error properly registering phone in their system even though the IMEI is correct according to Samsung
