quick access option to turn of mobile data is missing?

I tried to edit the quick access but the mobile data toggle is missing in my s10 plus. I see WiFi and many other shortcuts but mobile data is missing so it i want to toggle it i have to always head to the settings to change it.

There are so many requests on this forum for that data toggle feature. It is a carrier issue. You may have to contact your phone carrier to see if they can put on the data toggle feature.
