I don't agree with the "adjusted"  trade-in value.  Any advice on how to speed up the process of getting back my $$ &old phone and sending the new phone to Samsung Canada?

Just got confirmation of the trade-in from T-ASSURANT-TRADE-IN  and not getting what they published when ordering the s22 ultra
