"Return Requested" didn't received return slip

A preordered an s22+, I changed my mind and bought an s22 ultra. Meanwhile I tried to cancel the s22+ but the customer service said I can't even if I ordered like 2 hours before.

I received both phones. I asked for a return slip, never received it. I contacted the support like 4-5 time to get the slip, never had it. It was 1 week ago.

They stipulated I need to send the phone before the 15 days threshold....

Someone have the same issue as mine? Will I be penalized if I can't return the phone before the 15 days threshold? I didn't even opened the packaged box

I know i was returning my s22u and did not get a return slip. After waiting for 2 days I contacted Samsung support again and they sent me the slip right away while I was on the phone with the agent.

Contact Samsung Support Chat & Screen Shot everything! 

How complicated is it actually, for Samsung to follow simple instructions... 🙄

Hi Helenna,

It's the 6th time I contact them and can't do so much about that. It's frustrating because I need to sent at the same time my old phone and I have left few days before the threshold. My fedex location is very far from me.
