Good day all. I was wondering why I receive the same video twice on my s7 edge phone, or is it because it's from a Gmail to my Gmail address?. It happens when I open up my regular email through Samsung.
Please clear the cache for the email application. If you are still experiencing the issue, then remove and readd the mail accounts and check if it works.
I removed the account and readded it, but still the same. I wonder if it's something to do with Gmail. On my Samsung tablet it works fine, but not on my phone, it's weird though.
Thanks for responding, here is the screenshot. Ive cleared cache before, uninstalled and reinstalled. It doesnt happen on my tablet or if i check the Gmail app itself. It seems to be just this phone and samsung email app. Maybe there's a setting that needs to be adjusted. This happens all the time regardless of who sends the videos.
