Recent update issues

After the most recent update to my S20, battery life has been severely affected.

Also can no longer access some apps, like spotify, from the lockscreen.

It's pretty normal to see a change in Battery usage after an Android version update.

At the very least, Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.

Ensure that all your apps are updated to the latest versions.

I, along with many others always perform a Factory Reset after any Android version update. 

If you decide to Factory Reset, Backup your device with Smart Switch first. 

Regarding Spotify not being accessible from the Lockscreen, go to Settings > Lockscreen > Widgets & make sure that "Music" is Toggled ON. 

Note that Spotify must be playing music, in order to see the Widget.
