because it is technically illegal to record calls unless the person on the other phone knows they are being recorded.... And how many times would someone tell the other person I am recording this call. Nah, its too much on Samsung for liability.
For security and privacy reasons, Samsung phones unfortunately do not support native call recording. If this feature is necessary for you, however, there are third-party options available (although we can't guarantee they will work as intended).
