If you scroll down a bit, you'll see that it's been asked and answered lots of times.

Bad news, Samsung canceled stable update for s24 and are doing another beta round. Those of us in Canada getting screwed again.

Coworker has Android 16 on his 2+ yo pixel. But the best we can get on S24 Ultra is Android 14 until further notice.

Samsung should open beta up to all users. The OneUI 7 rollout has been a disaster all around

We're not important enough and for some reason despite our devices being identical to the ones in the US in order for us to receive the beta they'd have to form a whole new department for beta requests in Samsung Canada. (Or here's an idea. LET US USE THE *** US BETA SYSTEM) 😮 but no worries some people in these comment sections will just tell me that what I ask for is unreasonable from a company whose quite literally (behind google) the richest Android phone manufacturer in the United States

As you pointed out, the Canadian & US devices are identical. So Flash the US Betas if you want, I have. You won't lose anything if you Backup your device with Smart Switch. Yes you will need to Factory Reset, but it's no different from when you get a new device, and restore from your previous device.

Samsung gets what it needs from the US for Betas, and the US has 10 times the population.

Could Samsung just include Canada, sure, but Samsung isn't apparently prepared to put the resources into Canada to support Customer service in Canada... if you were running a business, you would likely make the same decision.

why are you so hellbent on this being a solution when it cleary isn't for half the people here. You sound like you shill for Samsung when cleary people are dissatisfied with the current situation. Again I say it makes 0 sense that if the devices are identical why not give us access to the US beta and US beta forums. I make my point again and I'll add once again it's not the failure of the user but the failure of the company. It shouldn't be hard in terms of logistics for a company such as Samsung. It's unnecessarily bureaucratic. 👏 I know of no other company on earth who makes *** this complicated then decides it's best to not communicate with it's userbase what's happening. My point of view is not a hard view to understand nor is it unreasonable.

I'd like to make an additional note I inherited an iPhone 14 and installed IOS 18 when it's beta first came out. I encountered bugs, but When I reported them I didn't report them to Apple Canada. It ran the same software and was the same device as what you'd get in the US so I was able to directly report bugs . It should be the same for Samsung. Are you really going to sit here and tell me the same situation is impossible for Samsung. Good Morning.1739025398164.gif

Go to Settings > Enable Developer Options if you haven't already (to enable Dev Options > Go Settings > About Phone > Software Information and click on the Build Number 7 TIMES).

In Dev Options, enable the Bug Report Shortcut on the Power Menu.

Maybe if your IQ didn't begin with a decimal, you'd figure out that this isn't any A.I. response... 🙄

Sure it would be great if Samsung made the Betas available in Canada, but they don't.

Go ahead and reject the option of Flashing it yourself.. but there's also another 188 countries on the planet, that don't get the Betas..

Canada ranks 38th by population...
