Remove the background of the battery indicator

How do one remove the white background from the battery indicator kin the new One UI 7?

It drives me insane.

Unfortunately there is no way to remove the background battery indicator. It is part of the software program that the phone is operating with.

I use GoodLock's QuickStar to Hide Samsung's Battery Icon, and use Battery Widget Reborn for the Battery Icon on the Status Bar.

Hi Drakemoor,

As adviced by RedDogRabbit, please use Goodlock's Quickstart to remove the stock battery icon in One UI 7.

Install Good Lock from the Galaxy Store. Open the QuickStar module. Go to Visibility of Indicator Icons and hide the default battery icon. Then, install Battery Widget Reborn from the Play Store. Enable its status bar battery indicator.

This way, you get a cleaner look and more control over how your battery info appears!

I have the same issue. In the previous version, you could hide the battery icon and just have the percentage shown.
