Uh oh, I am not sure, bought it on Amazon and can you tell me how to find the model number? Is it in settings?

Nevermind I found the model number, it ends with and I and starts with SM-

SM is normal for the beginning in Canada but the I is not. Might have to wait for RedDogRabbit to maybe see this for some kind of a solution.
You will not get it by normal download means because it is not a Canadian device
