I'm new to Android. I was an iPhone user since they came out. Recently bought a s10e. I like the phone but still getting used to it. I'm having an issue with a few pictures have a blue/green rotating circle on he bottom. I can't delete, share or anything with those pics. Any solutions? Thanks

can u share a screenshot of what u mean most times the blue green circle means its loading something

I had to take a picture because I can't share or edit his picture. its stuck... I can't do anything with it. Thanks for the reply

Please perform clear cache, data for the camera app and get back to us.

Follow the below steps:

Go to settings >> Apps >> camera >> storage >> clear cache, clear data.

Hi markh84,

Can you try the following:

Open Settings → Apps → Gallery → Storage

Click clear data and clear cache

Try open Gallery and open the picture again to see if problem still exist.

I tried both clearing cache/data on the camera and gallery. still have the issue. it is only doing it on 2 out of 100's of pics.

yes its only 2 photos doing it. I can't even delete, share or edit. I usually use Live Focus and haven't had this issue. the two pics were taken weeks apart. Tried the old cycle the power trick as a last resort but the pics are still doing it.
