I've read that there is an update for s20 in Canada to be able to use esim. I'm trying to use Airalo to travel to the US, but it is telling me my phone is not supported. S20 is listed as a supported phone so it's a bit confusing. I called Samsung and they said I have to wait for an update. Is the update released yet or not?
I have made a post on that topic couple weeks ago...unfortunately the Canadian version of the S20 still don't have the update but someone from Samsung said it's coming soon. I want to do the same.
When will samsung enable the esim option on our Canadian S20's? I was told that they will add that feature thru a future update but that surely didn't happen, i have been waiting for ages for samsung to add the esim option. If samsung can't fulfill their promises then i will be more than happy to switch to Apple.
