S20 fe wallpaper

Anyone have an issue with the wallpaper. I turn it off and set the home and lock screens and the next day there is a random wallpaper. I have taken off everything but it keeps happening. Any help?

It's a brand new phone with all updates.

Hi Ref95, I suggest you please reboot your device in safe mode and check if you are experiencing the issue. If you are not experiencing any issues in safe mode, then the issue could be due to any third-party application you installed recently.

Thanks. I tried it and it didn't work. So I resorted to download a 3rd party app wallpaper and that seems to be working now. It's sad that I asked samsung for help and received no answer. This seems to be a common occurrence for this phone. I had to go online to find a remedy.

It happened with only the wallpaper and themes I downloaded from wallpaper. I never did try the preloaded or pre-installed wallpaper on thr device.

Hi Georgine, yes I tried with different wallpaper and theme and the issue still persists. Everything I have tried does not seem to work. I am out of ideas now.

Hi, can you please turn off the Dynamic lock screen option?

From Settings, search for and select Dynamic Lock screen under Lock screen, and then tap Dynamic Lock screen.
