S21 syncing failure

Suddenly my syncing via Smart Switch has stopped working.  I have previously synced my S21 to Outlook on my PC successfully for a year.  I hit Sync Now  and it goes through the change history etc., and it takes about the same amount of time.  However, before it finishes it simply exits, without the normal message "Sync Complete" and the ability to hit Confirm.  No changes are seen in either my Outlook or phone calendar.  Something has changed. I have recently uploaded the new phone software.  I backed up the phone just before this.  Is it something to do with the Syncing log?  That seems to have disappeared.  Also, beside "last sync'ed" it says No Syncing Log.

Hi, Did you uninstall and re-install Smart switch software on the PC ?

Yes, I uninstalled and re-installed Smart Switch on my PC and also on my phone.  In fact, I wiped my phone and did a factory reset on the instructions of the Samsung help desk.  I then had to restore my phone from a backup.   None of this helped.  It seems obvious it is an issue with the new version on Smart Switch which I downloaded right before the syncing stopped working.  Again, Smart Switch backup works just fine.  Something has changed with the syncing feature on Smart Switch causing this problem, which others have experienced too.  Samsung needs to fix Smart Switch as many people depend on syncing the phone and PC calendars in their lives.

Did you manage to fix this? I have exactly the same problem (although with a S9). I've reinstalled the PC software and the Android app and it didn't fix it. This just started a day or so ago, I think after an upgrade to the PC Smart Switch software.

No. I was on the Samsung help line fur 4 hours without success. We Uninstalled and installed Smart Switch on both the phone and PC. We also wiped my phone and reset to factory settings. Frustrating. It still won't sync. This started right when I updated Smart Switch yesterday, and no one seems to know what to do.

Sounds a bit like they broke something... Fingers crossed they figure it out and fix it soon since right now I can't sync and I'll start missing appointments.

Hi tcf99, We request you to generate error reports by following below steps Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.
