Galaxy SSuddenly my syncing via Smart Switch has stopped working. I have previously synced my S21 to Outlook on my PC successfully for a year. I hit Sync Now and it goes through the change history etc., and it takes about the same amount of time. However, before it finishes it simply exits, without the normal message "Sync Complete" and the ability to hit Confirm. No changes are seen in either my Outlook or phone calendar. Something has changed. I have recently uploaded the new phone software. I backed up the phone just before this. Is it something to do with the Syncing log? That seems to have disappeared. Also, beside "last sync'ed" it says No Syncing Log.

Galaxy SSmart Switch just updated itself and now it appears to be working again! 😊

Galaxy SWhilst i consider myself to be tech savvy, i'm at a loss to know how to update SmartSwitch on my PC. since the last update, i can't sync from my Samsung S21 to MS Outlook using a cable. How did you manage it? No problem with back up!

Galaxy SThis has suddenly started happening to me this week. I have been syncing my Galaxy A10 with Outlook 10 for years. Smartswitch suddenly looks different so i suspect a new update has just loaded. Now my calendar will not sync. The app on my PC just stops running with no error message.

Galaxy SSame over here
Since a week or 2 outlook syn is not working, when it hits 55% it just vanishes.
Did try reinstalling SS on both devices, still the same, VERY unfortunate 😞

Galaxy SCrazy, you expect to have the latest versions available for download of SS or any other software download on samsung website
After just manually triggering an update on the yesterday downloaded and installed version from the samsung website, the outlook sync does finally work indeed
