Dear Samsung Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, which has become stuck in a bootloop after installing the One UI 6.1 update approximately 1–2 months ago.

After visiting the service center, I was informed that the device requires a motherboard replacement, with an estimated cost of approximately IDR 6,000,000 (around USD 370).

I was quite surprised, considering the issue appeared only after a system update officially released by Samsung.

I have always taken good care of my phone and never rooted or modified the system in any way. The device was working perfectly before the update.

I kindly ask:

Can Samsung provide assistance or goodwill repair for this issue?

This appears to be a problem faced by multiple users globally after the One UI 6.1 update, as seen in community forums.

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this matter fairly.

i experienced the same thing. When i was updating to One UI 6.1, my A34 stuck on endless bootloop. I didn't take my phone to SSC, instead i entered Recovery Mode > Safe Mode > then i Factory Reset my phone from Safe Mode. My data obviously all gone, but i have backup so it doesn't matter

so i didn't spend any money, hope this help

Thank you for your help, i actually try to open recovery mode, but the phone keep looping and can’t enter the recovery mode. SSC team already do factory reset but looping still happened.

My experience after update to one ui 6.1 back then is the signal getting weaker and in one ui 7 it is not getting better instead worse. Speaking to your issue, i guess you are in wrong room because in this forum , i can assure that you will not get any way out in this forum because here is full of fanboy. They will suhhest you go to ssc, do wipe cache partition and others while the mod here will be saying "that is the answer from colleagues here".

Anyway i suggest you to dump the phone and change it to other brand because samsung has no goodwill for solving the problem, guaranted 100%
