S22 Ultra - Camera App - Super Steady video appears not focused and unsharp

When the video is taken in 60FPS for the Super Steady mode, the video appears to be unsharp and out of focus.  When the Super Steady feature is turned off however (and digital video stabilization turned off), the video is much sharper.  The hardware is not defective.  Is there an issue with the software?

In this video, look at the signage - the words and logos seems blurry.

The sides of the video appears to be more smudged out, out of focus compared to the center?

Hi, We recommend you to clear cache and clear of camera app. Go to Settings >>Tap on Apps and Scroll down to the camera >> Tap on Storage>> Clear Cache and Clear Data for the camera. If it doesn't work please reset the camera app. To reset camera app: 1.Reset the Camera app. Open the Camera app, and then tap Settings. Swipe to and tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset.

I reset the camera settings and cleared cache or went to storage and delete data and cleared cache. The video and super steady video is much better now. How come clearing cache and reset settings have helped?

The zooming of video was very poor quality before camera reset. After camera reset, the video zoom is much sharper.

See attached screenshot.  The center is more focused and sharper, but near the edges or on the 4 sides, they seem smudged out, blurry and unfocused.
