Just called samsung about my S22 ultra that was supposed to ship the 22/02. They told me I have to wait for 2 more weeks😑.

Can't even think about a compensation cuz I know how SamsungCanada don't give a💩 about their customers.

funny I have two Samsung Ultra's that I'm trying to return, sealed literally just sitting in brown box nit came in but these people haven't sent me a return label but have charged me the full $4000 on my card. I swear they just want me run out my 15days so they can say to bad! I've been contacting them since Feb 9th, since the day I bought them, to cancel the orders then they told me it's cancelled 5 times, then it showed at my house. None of Customer service reps told me I can refuse it at the door, not I've been waiting for a return label for 5 days and I'm running out of time to return the stupid phones. I'm an Apple user, the phones were for my husband but honestly APPLE customer service is so much better and faster. I"m so frustrated! not sure how these guys run their business!

Samsung is trying to collect hard earned money before they have the par level stock and investing. They may collect billions of dollars through this stupid pre order scam . We don't understand why the fu**k we pre ordered it. It was better to go to a store. No more Samsung .fed up

I am in the same boat, I even picked a color that had no message about delayed shipping when I placed the order. Had 2 orders placed, one on the 10th and one on the 12th. I am trying to find out if I can change my shipping address but no response to any of my emails and I am tired of waiting on hold. I leave the country on the 8th of March and think I am going to get screwed because I took advantage of the trade in promo as well.

Ouch, try to call them directly it's going to take like 20min before someone answers, but it's better than email.

Its really ridiculous. I ordered the s22 unlocked first cuz thats what I wanted but delivery was showing 3/25. Tmobile one was showing delivery date as 3/4 so I cancelled the unlocked one and ordered the Tmobile one. I reached out to their CS probably 10 times since order placed as didnt see any movement in tracking. They keep telling me rest assured it'll be delivered on 3/4 if not early. Today morning I see the status change to delivery now showing 3/25. I'm going out of country on 11th and this really screws me up big time. I neither get unlocked one, or got Tmobile one and will have to live with Tmobile one which shows exact delivery date as unlocked one. Truly garbage CS.
