Maybe check the status of the payment through PayPal? At least that way you will know where the delay comes from.
Thank you. PayPal immediately sent a confirmation email at the time of the order. It is also visible among my transactions at my PayPal account without any problem.

Thanks for responding Helenna, already called and talked to them a few times, the last one an hour ago. They were telling me it will take 24 hours and now it is increased to 48 hours at my last conversation. I guess I’ll have to wait, it’s ok.
