Two weeks ago, I received a software update for my phone. After installing it, my phone shut down and would not turn back on. I contacted Samsung customer support, but they informed me that my phone is out of warranty and they couldn't assist. They recommended visiting a third-party repair store. I did so, but after two days, I received another system update and my phone shut down again. I returned to the service center, and they diagnosed it as a motherboard issue, with repair costs exceeding $500. It appears that the Samsung update has caused this problem. I want to discuss this issue with consumer or higher department. Please some can help me ou

If you have a computer see if you can connect it to your phone, and if you can try flashing an older ROM. If it works fine on the older ROM then that'll help pinpoint it to the update.
