I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the persistent network issues I have been experiencing with my Samsung S22 since its purchase. Despite multiple updates, the problems have persisted and have now reached an unacceptable level. Samsung's response, which consists solely of apologies, is insufficient and does not address the root cause of the issue. It is concerning that Samsung's growth seems to be inversely proportional to the quality of its customer service.

Hi WeedManU, have you tried to perform reset your network settings? Go to Settings > Select General management > Select Reset > Select Reset network settings > Select Reset settings > Select Reset to confirm.

Resetting your network settings will remove all Bluetooth pairings and stored Wi-Fi networks.

If the issue still persists, please try contacting your carrier for further assistance if there any issues with your account.

Thank you.

I have already completed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by the manufacturer.
When I perform a factory reset, the network functions properly. However, the issue reoccurs after installing the latest software update.

It appears that the update is causing the network connectivity issues.
I have tested my SIM card in another device and it works without any problems.
A cursory internet search reveals that several other users are experiencing similar issues.

No, the problem is not the carrier. Why does Samsung never admit that the problem could be with them?Screenshot_20240429_175532_Samsung Internet_1000010121_1714427732.png

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. After update my phone was working with same carrier card and just in 2days it stopped again. This happened twice. Now I'm carrying two phones with toddler everywhere and it's so frustrating.

Now I'm wondering how much it will cost to repair whether it will get repair or not plus I have to drive 1.30 hr far as that's nearest center and how long this will go?
