S23 Ultra apps keep getting killed after upgrade to One UI 6

My S23 Ultra just updated to One UI 6 yesterday, and since then it keep killing apps like crazy. I cannot keep anything running on the background, once i switched from one app to another the original app is dead and need to restart the app again.

It never happen before the OS update. Do anyone have a solution?

Maybe Factory Reset & don't restore anything, initially at least just to see if it is still happening?

Yes but if you have 3rd party apps already installed they may be the problem with UI 6.may need to update them as well.Booting into safe mode wil let you know for sure if that's the problem

I have exactly the same issue the only difference is my phone is S23+.  Nothing update excep One UI 6 then this problem starts to annoy my life.

The new update ruined my phone I *** hate it
