Yep, you can definitely pre-order today. Just keep in mind that certain colors may go out of stock quicker than others, so hopefully you know which color you want in advance. I'm looking to get the Botanic Green this year.

It's a site that gives you cash back when you order through it by clicking a link to go to Samsung from it. There's a bunch of large companies that are partnered with them.
It's separate from Samsung. You have to sign up for Rakuten, then find the Samsung store link, click it and it will take you to Samsung. Then you can order from Samsung with whatever usual stuff they give you for free. It's totally optional though.
