Galaxy SYou should try calling customer service, maybe you are still covered with warranty or you purchased Samsung Care plus before..

Galaxy SNormally (it is NOT supposed to be normal), the issue is caused by a change in internal v external air pressure. It's most frequently reported by people who are travelling by air. However ambient temperature changes may result in a similar issue.
Short of drilling a hole in the case of the device (No, that is DEFINITELY NOT a suggestion), removing the SIM tray / just opening the SIM tray, equalizes the air pressure differential.
I think that you might be hard pressed to get it fixed under warranty, as it is likely a design flaw.
If you remember the Note 7 🔥, it took some time for Samsung to acknowledge the issue.. so..
