I really wonder why Samsung didn't mention this awesome feature in their unpack event. 

I've never seen this feature any other phones.

There is only Korean version but you could easily understand what he is saying. 

1. Settings > Advanced features > Labs > Photo ambient wallpaper [ON] 

2. Settings > Wallpapers and Style > Change wallpapers > Creative > Lock screen only [Photo ambient] > Try now 

3. Select the photo what you want for lock screen 

4. Press left bottom play button 

5. You will see how lock screen is working 

6. Press "Done" at right upper of screen.
