Galaxy SHi Emerge01,
That's sad to hear that your Galaxy S24 has stopped syncing the Gallery with OneDrive, despite trying resets and reinstalling OneDrive. Please try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
Check Gallery and OneDrive Settings: Open the Gallery app: Tap the three-dot menu > Settings > Sync with OneDrive. Ensure syncing is enabled and linked to the correct Microsoft account.
Open the OneDrive app: Go to Settings > Camera Upload. Ensure the feature is turned on and set to upload photos and videos from the Gallery.
Verify OneDrive Permissions: Go to Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Permissions. Ensure OneDrive has access to: Files and media: Camera (if Camera Upload is enabled directly in OneDrive) Background data usage (under "Mobile data & Wi-Fi").
Clear Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > OneDrive. Tap Storage > Clear cache and Clear data. Do the same for the Gallery app: Settings > Apps > Gallery > Storage > Clear cache.
Disconnect and reconnect your Microsoft account: Open the Gallery app > Settings > Sync with OneDrive. Tap Sign out, then sign back in with your Microsoft credentials.
Check OneDrive Storage: Log in to your OneDrive account via a web browser. Verify if you have enough available storage. Delete unnecessary files if your storage is full.
Thank you.
