S24 ultra and Active 2 watch compatability issues

Hi,

Is anyone facing same compatability issue with Active2 watch and s24 series? 

I don't see issue with watch 6 and s24 or active2 with older devices. Only s24 is not able to recognize the active2 watch. 

Any tips are helpful.

I was just playing with my watch and realized it is not working properly. I could not change any settings. It appears that the reset was not done properly by my phone. I reset the watch manually within the watch settings and paired it again. Also try to reinstall the ssung wearable app. Some of my apps are faulty after transfer. I had to reinstall almost all of them.

Yes I did try factory reset on my watch.now I was able to connect . I did not play with setting yet. But I liked auto switch which automatically detect which watch I'm wearing and takes data from that watch. I will play with settings and see if it works seamless
