No issue with my ROGERS eSIM, however my Bell SIM APN keeps disappearing. Impact is no data and MMS does not work.

I have to manually configure Bell APN settings each time.

Thought there was an issue with my (5+ year old) Bell SIM, so I replaced it with a new Bell SIM but that did not help.

I called both Samsung support and Bell Mobility tech support and they didn't help, just blaming each other, so we kept going in circles 🤦🏾

FYI, I previously had an unlocked international device - Note10+ Dual (physical) SIM and no issue. After upgrading recently (about 2 months) to S24 Ultra, no issues even after updating to the latest Samsung software update, until recently these past two weeks.....

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I am facing the same issue, S24 ultra + Bell Canada. Which app did you use to recreate the APN settings? I am doing this manually and it is annoying.

I'm not aware of any app that can fix this. Unfortunately, it appears we have to wait for Samsung to fix this in the "next" software update, and who knows if/when they will actually do it.
Bell technical support and Samsung technical support are blaming each other so just going in circles.

Unfortunately, it appears the only current solution is to manually add Bell APN, which I 1000% agree is very annoying. Other than that, all we can do is ensure our phone battery always has power as the moment it leaks to 0% and once phone is powered on again, the Bell APN will get removed (again).

Does anyone know if the latest update fixes this issue?

Unfortunately not. I did the upgrade yesterday and still experiencing the same issue when battery dies, Bell APN continues to get wiped.

Not sure why Samsung did not include the fix to this bug.....my guess is they probably blaming the network provider, which doesn't make any sense and we keep going in circles 🤦🏽

Before I convert my Bell physical SIM card also to eSIM....that would mean I would have 2 eSIMs (Bell + ROGERS) and then no physical SIM card, in hopes that it may help resolve this issue with Bell APN getting wiped....

Curious if anyone using eSIMs with no physicsl SIM card? If there are any issues/limitations? I'm reading one disadvantage of eSIMs is they drain battery, as the phone needs to use more horsepower so that said concern is 2 eSIMs will kill phone battery so much more faster....

Has anyone gotten satisfactory resolution? I have a similar setup. Execulink (reseller which I believe uses Bell but I could be wrong) on the physical SIM and Rogers on an eSIM. S10 worked perfect with this combination of numbers (obviously, that was two physical SIMs). S24 will lose APN settings with either a restart or going to airplane mode. A new SIM card seemed to work a couple of times but that didn't resolve it after a few days.

I've tried all the things I could using the advice above short of resetting my phone or switching providers.
