I don't understand in fixing a problem this updates are creating new ones. I have being using the april patch on s24 ultra since 3 days.

Issues noticed

1. The update is more about fixing camera issues..but some how I feel the picture and video quality are worse compared to last update.

2. The camera app crashes every time recording a video ...pausing it and resuming the recording...app crashes...

3. Audio wont play from phone speakers and connected Bluetooth devices Media apps like you tube, Amazon prime. Have to force close apps and play again the audio is played...

4. The videos are not boosted with resolution and brightness for a 4k video recorded the videos looks dull in exposure even in day light situations....

5. The phone tends to warm using default apps...not sure a indexing issue...

6. The 3x photos look grainy and lacks dynamic range and pixilated with slight zooming .....

Samsung please fix this or any one please suggest if any temp turnaround.....

Hi sharurocks, we are very sorry to hear these issues from you after the update.

If you haven't tried to perform Wipe cache partition on your device, you can try Booting into Recovery Wiping Cache partition and let us know if it worked for you.

If you wipe your cache partition, it removes any temporary files that may be causing some problems or issues with your device.

1. Hold the Power button and Volume Down to open the power options where choose the Power off.
2. When the screen goes dark press the Volume Up and Power keys together.
3. Let go of all held buttons when you see the Recovery mode on the screen.
4. Then you should select Wipe cache partition. Use Volume Up to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
5. Choose Yes and press the Power key to confirm that operation.
6. After that select Reboot system now with the Power key."

The s24 series is a total failure same with their service, I'd suggest anyone not to buy and keep the s23 series or better switch company!
