I am clicking pictures in 50 or 200mp. The image looks fine at first glance and after 3-4 seconds when the phone processes the image, it comes out very bright and burst. It is blurry, no original colors in it. Lack of better words,it looks terrible. Still kept my s22 ultra and photos with s22 are much better than s24 ultra. I tried putting intelligence to minimal and it doesn't do anything. Compare to iphone 14pro, quality is very very poor. Is there a solution for this?

Hi, Galaxy S24 series model has been adjusted colors and brightness for more accurate and comfortable vision while using.

It has made some changes to the display technology to offer a more natural viewing experience, so you may notice differences in color depth when compared to older devices.

This concept of behavior on the display is and intended color adjustment and is not a defect of the product, so you can use it with confidence.

To provide our customers with the best possible experience, we value customer feedback and continually improve our software (UX) as market and consumer interests evolve.

I would rather explain it with an image. I completely understand of samsung willing to create more natural image and give a natural viewing experience. In this picture I attached, the picture in the middle is 12mp and the other 2 on sides are 200mp. There was no such bright light present at that time. The image looked very good at the 1st second, then image processing started. 4 seconds later, I get an image as in the picture. I did follow other community post and there are quite a few people who have complained about this. Can you please look into this bit further? And in regards with comparison, I get it the color might be vague but what about clarity. If I zoom in, the image shouldn't burst as quickly as compared it would in a 20mp camera. Compared to iphone, the image quality is quite poor(in terms of color, resolution, focus, etc.). 20240214_151726_1000023826_1707941846.jpg

Go to your gallery settings (not camera settings) and turn off Super HDR and take some pictures to see if that helps.

Are you talking about the colours of images on your S24's Display or?

Have you looked at the images taken on your S24 on a different device?

Trying* to understand if your complaint is about the photo quality, or what you see on the device's Display?
