Hi members,

I'm unsure what's going on but I ordered my device on the announcement day for the s24ultra and it's still stuck on ready to ship. There is an estimated time of the January 29th, which I seriously doubt, and previously it said January 25th. Am I alone on this or is this a shared experience 🤔

If the estimated date is the 29th you "may" receive a call from fedex later today or tomorrow and still get it by the 29th. My order was picked up and on its way and my status was still at ready to ship in my Samsung account. Good luck

The keyword is "may" I have call control to avoid those robocallers so I disabled it to avoid missing the call.

Mines been in ready to ship for 4 days, at first said expected Jan 23, then changed to expected to ship starting 25th, then expect it by 29th now it changed back and says get it by 23rd which has past lol it's all over the map.

They went back in time??? Samsung needs to figure this out. I'm avoiding dealing with customer service because that's samsungs weakest point, I hope I get a delivery notification tomorrow

Yes that's what I thought why did they change it back to the 23rd I had to double check if it was January or February it definately January. I know what you mean, customer service is week point.

Mine was like ready to ship but was delivered as promised (25th) but still the status in Samsung Shop says Ready to Ship lol

Thanks for the message but it doesn't really help or change anything tbh. I did contact support and they essentially told me what I already knew and didn't provide any additional context.

You're not alone. I ordered mine on the 18th for an ultra in Orange, and the expected delivery date was for the 23rd and yet to see any updates besides "Ready to ship"
