S24 Ultra slowed down the fast charging suddenly

Hello Everyone, I have S24 Ultra since day one it released in February 2024, it was fast charging just fine (it takes like 1.5 hour to fully charge). But few days ago I noticed the phone very slow charging (same original cable and samsung 25W adapter)..... i took more than 4 hour to fully charging?¿?

FYI: phone never dropped, never get water on it, i use it just for browsing and social media

It is USA model, got it from San Jose California, and now I live in Canada... 

I had my S23 ultra before, never has issues like that. I google this issue, found many people have similar experiences! What to do now?

Any suggestions???

Update #1: I Noticed that if I charge the phone while it's turned off, it charge faster than before. 

I checked all the running apps, all normal, just whatsapp or Facebook

Update #2 ::: Battery 🔋 usage diagnostic is fine.

It'd probably be more useful, to run the Diagnostics for the USB Charging & Battery from the Samsung Members app / Phone Diagnostics.

Did you try using different USB cable & Charging Block? 

Of course it makes sense that any device will charge faster when powered off.

We are sorry to hear this issue from you. Have you tried clearing the cache partition? Also, as said by RedDogRabbit try using different charging block and USB cable and see if that makes a difference.

I tried different fast charger and cable. Same same.

How to clean the cache?? Go to each app individually? Or something else for the whole phone?
