I have Nissan Rouge 2021 with Wired Android Auto everything is running smoothly. My car doesn't have have wireless android auto so I bought after market wireless connector for AA but with it I am facing lot of connection issues. Screen just keep on freezing and at same time music gets hang up also. I thought it was issue with device so I ordered another brand and make but result is same.

Most wireless AA adapters require firmware updates to improve stability. Check the manufacturer’s website or app for updates.
Optimize Android Auto Settings on S25 Ultra. Go to Settings > Apps > Android Auto > Storage Clear cache and data, then restart your phone and reconnect. In Android Auto developer settings (tap "Version" in AA settings multiple times to enable), try setting Wi-Fi mode to 5GHz only.
Try a Different USB Port or Power Source. Some Nissan vehicles have multiple USB ports, and not all provide full data/power support. If your adapter isn’t getting enough power, try using a USB power adapter (12V charger) instead of the car's USB port.

I understand that wireless AA uses both wifi and Bluetooth , I tried switching off Bluetooth but looks like for calls phone connects to car Bluetooth so it is not allowing me to switch off Bluetooth. I will try other settings as suggested by you and confirm.
