Galaxy SAnd as I replied in your previous post, I too found that some video mode recordings can be too dark.

Galaxy SAs for video, in a low light situation switching from 30fps to 60fps causes the video to be a lot darker. Doesn't matter if it's FHD or UHD.

Galaxy SWinter scenes are notoriously difficult for photographers. This because the frame is full of bright white. The processor is lowering the exposure in attempt to allow you to see detail in the snow. The assumption is that if 90% of what fills your frame is white, that your intention is to capture a mostly white photo, thus lower the exposure sufficient to capture detail in white. Your subject matter ends up entirely underexposed. If you expose for the subject matter, the whites in the back and foreground will be entirely over exposed or 'blown out' .
It would be nice if the AI was better tuned for this. That is, recognizing what you are trying to achieve.
In the meantime, the basic video shooter has an exposure slider, and in situations like this, you are best to increase the exposure slider.
