Galaxy SYou have to understand that there will always be a risk of software conflicts and corruption that may occur with any update. This is more apparent with a major OS revision. Older residual files can cause a lot of headaches and issues depending on certain circumstances. Why I make it a habit to do clean installs with any major revision update to minimize issues.
You also have to understand they can't fix something if they don't know what's causing it.
