So on my s23ultra I noticed my autofill for anything including address does not show up. I have it turned on. I have passwords and autofill service selected samsung.

For example my wife on her phone goes to same site on samsung browser clicks the name field and types her first letter and then a tool bar shows at the top of her keyboard with a credit card symbol and then different names address in the bar.

When I do the same and type letter in name field nothing shows up anywhere no names no address no toolbard with that credit card icon.

I've gone through all the settings and can't figure it out I'm sure I'm missing the dang thing or there's issue haha.

Go to Settings > General Management & verify that you have account information in Autofill.

Normally Autofill should ask you if you want to Save the password to Autofill.

Click here to see / add accounts to Autofill.

If you're using the Samsung Members app, as opposed to the website, try opening Samsung Members website & enter your email address & password, see if Autofill asks you if you want to Save the information?

If you're already using Samsung's website, try any other website that you don't have an account with. See if that works?

You could also try Wiping Cache, and on the off chance that there's some lost fragments, aka "junk" causing the issue, it might help?

Instructions on how to Wipe Cache:

Wipe Cache

1) Turn off the device.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.

3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.

4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".

5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.

6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

Yes just did the clear cache as I did the new software update so I'm a bit ocd and do clear cache after every system update.

OK so after playing around more it's samsung internet that has no autofill. However Google Chrome gives me the pop-up for autofil and also passwords but with Google password manager on Chrome.

I checked samsung internet
settings everything seems good.
For example I go to a website on samsung internet and try to fill out the mailing address on samsung each field I click I need to type in the info.
On chrome I go to same site click the name field and I get auto fill address options on what address I want to use.
I do have addresses saves in samsung pass/wallet.
Also if I go to New website and sign up I can hit save to samsungpass and it saves that info as when I go back to that site I can just use fingerprint to sign in.

I am also having this exact same issue. The problem seems to be related to using Samsung Pass to get the autofill information. Samsung please fix.

I have the s24 ultra and I have the same issue. My s22 ultra used to be amazing and would fill everything in.

I remember bbreakingthe screen on the s22 and I did do a full back up of the phone (the screen went black and a bar went across whilst saving everything, it then rebooted.

But when I got my phone back and signed everything back in, I'd lost all my photos (over 10,000), tons of contacts and had to fill in most info again.

It's now been the same with the s24ultra I have.

Its as if nothing auto saves to the samsung account, even though I have auto back up and sync enabled.

They have some serious bugs to fix. I've lost such sentimental information and media. And after contacting them, they informed me nothing could be done.

I switched from iPhone which I never had any of these issues with, but for the camera.

Can say I regret as the colour and quality of photos and the screen on the s24ultra is worse than the s22ultra.

SAMSUNG, FIX YOUR ISSUES! You're supposed to make it easy considering the amount people pay for these things.

Same issue here. I have tried all the suggestions. Have every address and card updated in samsung pass. But nothing will autofill. *** to regret upgrading a device. Should have stuck with the s22 ultra.
