Galaxy S
Hi, how can I increase the font size in the text-messaging app that comes built into the Galaxy S8+? It was fine until the system update last month to Android Pie/One UI. I have tried adjusting the font size in the Display settings, but it makes it too big in other apps and has zero effect on the Messaging font. Perhaps it was with an earlier Samsung smartphone, but i once was able to grow/shrink font size by using the volume keys while in the app. Is it possible to set that up, or something similar, on the S8+? Thanks!

Just pinch the screen inward or outward to change the text size in Samsung Messages 🐧

I can't believe that didn't occur to me! It could also explain why I thought the font was shrinking over the last few days: I must've inadvertantly pinched it! Thanks
