I upgraded recently to Android 11 and One UI 3.1 and while it may not be relevant, I am noticing a significant lag in the time between taking a picture and it showing up in the little window beside the camera button. What ends up happening is that I put my phone down and end up with a picture of the ground or table.

Is anyone experiencing this and if so does it have to do with where pictures are stored, internal or on SD. I store mine internal because I sync with One Drive.

Any help or suggestions is appreciated

To begin troubleshoot, have you try go to recovery partition to do a Wipe Cache Partition after UI3.1 upgrade? Try it first and see if lag still exist.

**Let me know your device model if you need instructions.

Hi Tao077, Please try the wipe cache partition as suggested by Tallman and write back to us if the issue still persists.

Please try performing the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below and check if the issue got resolved. Turn off the device.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.

An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition". Press Bixby / Power key to select.

Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.

When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Thanks for the response, Tallman.
