Samsung Customer Service is lying to Customers about S22 Ultra Order

I have experienced as I called samsung CS for pre order of S22 Ultra which was in preparing dispatch stage since last 4 days. When I spoke to them they advised that Fedex having some issues so they can't deliver it until next week. Evertime they lie and in terms of compensation they advise that they can't do anything. You spend $1600 for the device and they make you to beg in front of them. Their supervisors are not available to take calls as they are so busy. Freaking Samsung never gonna recommend anyone to buy stuff.

They are not handling this... It's like they thought - 'hey, let's just change the status, that'll make them quiet'!

However due to overwhelming success of our new product launch, we have been impacted, therefore still waiting on many models to arrive. My phone supposedly passed the "ready to ship" stage and supposedly has been "on the way" for two weeks now. What the hell is going on? Have they actually sent the phone or not? "On the way" implies it has been sent, but they have no tracking number? Trying to contact CS puts you in hours long queues. They don't respond to emails.

Heads need to roll for this. This is not an acceptable way for a business to operate.
