I'm having issues with s25 ultra i received so requested a replacement and its funny that they have to setup a call back with manager. Its been 3 days no one called me and now when i call they *** playing games. Someome even said that my supervisor said we cant transfer you to the manager. Dumb customer service. Sending the device back and will never purchase samsung again. Apple has the best customer service
