The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G is the worst phone Samsung has ever delivered IMO... just the fact that there are so many issues with it thatbhave not been addressed by Samsung is a failure in itself.

I have been a long time customer and faithful Galaxy model user and have never been so disappointed with a product than this model.

I have had issues for over a year with the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G locking up, shutting down and/or restarting whenever it feels like it. Not to mention losing wifi connection settings and saved configurations.

I have searched and tried every single solution a available on the internet and suggested by Samsung and my mobile service provider... many times over and yet the issue is still not resolved.

Can you please find a fix Samsung?

You may have problems with yours for some reason but the S21 Ultra is by no means a bad phone. It's actually an excellent phone and i, like many others, have never had a single issue with it while i owned it. Asking for a replacement with the S23 Ultra is not going to happen.

Reading this post... all it seems like is that you want a free phone lmao.

You may have issues with your S21 Ultra and I'm sorry for that but it isn't a bad phone at all. I actually still have mine from a few years and not once have I had an issue.

If you're done paying off your phone with your service provider, it is normal that they are trying to push you to renew your contract and get a new phone because that's how they keep their customers. And that isn't Samsung's fault.

Not a bad phone at all. I'm due for an upgrade this summer at Bell and won't be upgrading to the S23 ultra cause the S21 Ultra is still very much an amazing device and I have zero issues with it.

Or you can be smart and take advantage of the bonus trade in offer on your S21 Ultra and get the newer S23 Ultra. $800 guaranteed trade in offer + Galaxy Buds 2 for $49. Also, check Device Care > Auto optimization > make sure it's off. So your phone doesn't auto restart whenever it feels like 😄

My phone is pretty good the only issue I have is it chooses when it wants to be on wifi. Didn't really notice it until I went over 10gs in 2 weeks. But now I just manually shut off mobile data when I am Wi-Fi. Other then that perfect phone.

Hi I was so disappointed with s21 ultra 5g and I am big android fan and support Samsung like any other android manufacturers. I started having weird behaviour with my s21 ultra after updating to software which was minor upgrades unlike jumping to new version of android. I was only able to receive and call or send text when connected to Wi-Fi. Tried every tricks in my knowledge like factory reset, network reset, wiping cache, updating galaxy store etc. No device fault shown when running Samsung device checking app. Sim card were detected by device as I was able to see sim provider on notification panel. Had to sell the half price but even then the buyer checked everything before buying but couldn't know that device is having issues with calling and texting.
