I just got lied to by a Samsung custer care agent

I was told that AMAZON is a licensed Samsung retailer, they don't show up on the list of authorized sellers, plus i got sold a S PEN fo s23 ultra, rhe product is made in China & dosent have rhe samsung name on it only says( s pen for S23-ULTRA) it won't even connect to my phone now i have to send it back for a refund, all this because the Samsung store wasn't answering the phone all i get is the stupid automated selection system wich is impossible to work with it just keeps repeating all sorts of garbage, if i cant trust Samsung to supply me with real genuine Samsung parts without a hassle then why the hell should i buy Samsung products, 
I will be taking this up on social media & Samsung will have to answer for it's B.S i am not at my first battle with this company & the more B.S i get d
From them the more it pisses me off, 
This company needs to take responsibility for its products & customers, see ro it that it's stores & retailers are not just authorized but actually are available for contact & purchase of items & part's, if not I will be sending messages to the consumer protection agency about all of this, it seems all Samsung dose is tek it as feedback & nothing happens, I WANT RESULTS & THE REAL PART'S if not then Samsung can expect that i will make a case out of this & other issues that don't follow the law . If Samsung values it's customer's as rhey claim they will take dull responsibility to supply there customers with what they need. If Samsung can't do that rhen they should back out from the market & shut down, i wonder how the CEO will react to all this garbage when he gets a letter from the consumer protection agency about company employees recomending AMAZON & stating that there authorized sellers, AMAZON sold a counterfeit s pen & i was suggested it byba Samsung rep, 
There Samsung stores you can't even get through to a live agent only the stupid computer that answers the phone line, i no longer trust Samsung & i will be letting my service provider know of this & strongly recommend that they drop Samsung products all together. This is my fith battle with this korean company that dosent seem to be interested in properly helping only selling of there googds & services for a profit & customer care, ha its always the same stupid story
With em, i have had issues that all the service care team knows how to do is tell me to reset the phone, often it does nothing to resolve the issue.
I am fed up this device will be my last Samsung device until the company akes full responsibility for its products, P.S i also have a news columb on social media & i will be talking about this, to my fans, i want answers & real products not some fake thing & a static service that only knows how to make you feel less important. If this is Samsung policy thent hey will sink. I have no problems what so ever in dealing with the company, but they must see ro it that everything they do is according to regulations & legal, there services are required to be there for there customers then prove it !!!. Let's see if this company is willing to put it's money where it's mouth is

We would like to inform you that the seller on Amazon should be Amazon.com.ca then that seller is a Samsung authorized dealer and honor the warranty. If the seller name is different then the warranty is honored by Amazon  and all the Amazon purchases are not authorized

The deal was through amazon Canada, i will be returning the item for a full refund as it's not O.E.M amazon sold me through one of there sellers a replica no Samsung name on it at all, but the issue bieng also the real deal does not have a Samsung logo or model/part number to be found on Samsung.com.ca
I was referred amazon so when i verified Samsung's list of authorized distributors amazon dose not show up on the list but yet we find plenty of Samsung products but often they are not the real deal but rather Chinese knockoffs,
This is the fifth time this happened to me with Amazon & Samsung products,
Now i am far from pleased, if Samsung wants to do right by me, i want a factory order O.E.M s pen for s23 ultra, i will be ready to cover it's price if Samsung is willing & ready to get me the O.E.M part, i do not trust amazon anymore, now this is the last chance i am willing to give, if Samsung isn't ready to do business then i will no longer be a loyal customer but a very disgruntled customer,
& I garantie it will reflect on the company's reputation,
I don't want to have ti Start sending letters to the Korean C.E.O because if i do have to i will, but before going down that road to give everyone a major migraine, i just want my O.E.M part, that's all i want, i don't want to go jumping through hoops & cutting red tape to have to deal with a computer that doesn't understand what i want, i keep asking for the part, Samsung store website can't find it & customer care ware house dosent have it, so then you are requested to file for a factory order to find & ship (1 O.E.M s23 ultra stylus pen or s oen for short at factory cost+ shipping billable to me directly & i will see to the payment as soon as the item is ready to ship & tracking number is given) then & only then will i cover the charges of purchase, please don't make this harder than it already is. I am expecting a priority response in this subject to place the order i will not be willing to start a long discussion on why nobody can help me or so help me god the company will be singled out in the spotlight for not doing proper business, i will not be dealing with Amazon.ca except for the refund then it's Samsung's problem to see why, because if i have to do all the work there will be investigation fees as i will be puting a p.i on the case. This is my final word on the subject unless circumstances change.

Oh you think it's funny, hell, there the ones selling all sorts of ***, they claim it's oem obviously not, Samsung says amazon legit, B.S can't even get the real parts as advertised. So who the f is lying. Between amazon & Samsung, because Samsung it's self can't even get me the parts i need even when i am ready to put them, if you have a easier way to get the O.E.M parts then by all means please share the information because i am fed up with there b.s as for Magnum, hell if he was real he may have laughed at the price but not at the b.s garbage there giving me because he wouldn't have stood for it, he would have gotten taken for a fool, I don't think he would have just let it go, he would have done something about it, mainly kick there ***.

The irony of your profile name being pirattemobile and end up buying pirated parts. What you missed in all of your posting is the fact that Amazon had a dedicated Samsung store front to order Samsung items that ate legit. If you're buying on Amazon from tertiary seller, you're likely to end up buying a knock off. Cheaper price doesn't mean oem. Just have to be more diligent. Can't blame Samsung for that

Actually the gig is the seller on Amazon claimed it was OEM , so that's why it's going back to sender for refund. Adding the fact that Samsung claims amazon to licenced retailer, yeah more lik licenced knock off retailer, as for the handle it's related ta different times only those that know me know what it means.

Please see .y post earlier today, and you'll find your statement in practice is false.

Amazon Canada does indeed have an official Samsung Store front.

Of which on October 11th, I've personally purchased Buds2 Pro from that official Samsung Canada Store front.

Attached is a copy of the purchase as well as the 3rd party seller UNDER the Samsung Canada official store!

The third party reseller, under the Samsung Canada official web store within Amazon Canada, sent me an international Buds2 Pro for which Samsung Canada Experience Store here in Toronto at Yorkdale Mall denied/cannot service under warranty!!

They could replace the manufacturer defected Left bud, however they'll not be able to sync it with an international (my issue here with my buds) since that experie ce store technicians ONLy have access to the Canadian model or all Samsung products. Samsung has done something specific with their products or at the least Buds2 Pro, where Canadian buds will NOT sync with an international bud. Their only option is to replace the entire thing but at a cost to me = $220CAN, which is full retail price.

This is an issue with BOTH Samsung and Amazon's logistics and, more importantly, the restrictive process by Samsung!

Notice that A: the Samsung Web front is listed. B the seller is ONLY shown in the product listing: why is there a MISS-MATCH here?! Is this Amazon or Samsungs logistics failing here?!

I didn't even notice this before submitting the purchase.

Furthermore, the INVOICE shows a completely different company! Again, why is this happening, and which entity is the blame for this?!

Why is Samsung & Amazon allowing this to happen?!

Why is Samsung restricting product serial numbers to 1 country and not the entire globe and denying me service under warranty?!

Should this product actually have a fire from a battery failure and burn me could I sue Samsung and Amazon for allowing an international product inbound into Canada that has NOT passed our electronics ics regulations?! If there was a product recall for such a danger, would Amazon, Samsung, or even the 2 sub-sellers even alert Canadians of the listing of international series numbers on the press communications?! Of course not as this product by Samsung Canada's standpoint should've never been shipped here nor even allowed to be sold here!

Wow, I see what you're saying...except...when you search for samsung products, the product you choose gives you an option to visit their store, and offerings are different. Please see photos below, one being what you bought, and the other being the only offered version on the samsung store front (bit of price difference which speaks to you pay for what you get). Basically, if it doesn't say sold by Amazon.ca or samsung canada, it's buy at your own risk. You're free to disagree, but in the hunt for bargains, there will be casualties.
Your complaint is the equivalent of going to the mall to buy the buds, but a guy wearing a samsung shirt outside of the samsung store in the mall was selling the buds for $40 less, so you bought from them instead of going in the store.1722830586729.jpg1722830586751.jpg

Noticed that ZamaMart on my order history as well, however only after it ships will you see yet ANOTHER company whom actually sources and ships the product.

This is VERY shifty to me as it is NOT made effectively clear on the main page by Amazon. Almost fraudulent to even shown Samsung as a store front.

I still stand by this being a logistics issue between both Samung (for allowing this to occur with Amazon as their partner, and Amazon not being FULLY clear about
A) the product vendor, and
B) the source company whom ships the product.

I agree I'm screwed by Amazon on this BUT it is STILL an official Samsung Product that allowed me via Samsung Members on my S23 to full register for warranty and all features, were working until Thursday. So I have to call Samsung tech support again tomorrow morning and pray I get support. Samsung shouldn't be restricting products under warranty for manufacturer defects of their official products to specific companies period: it's against the consumer protection act.

Although if the shipper is Amazon then Amazon is responsible and returns they'll accept and directly deal with the manufacturer. As it's shipped from theie warehouse.

Both Anker and Soundcore (by Anker) and even SoundPeats products under their respective web fronts, all their products therein (including used) are sourced and shipped directly from themselves respectively. No half stepping there.

FYI the pricing you've found initially was a limited time sale pricing back in October of 2023.
