Instead of just telling us the issue, why not divulge what was done in steps to get the symptoms you're experiencing? Saves a LOt of back and forth questions since the language isn't official in Canada on your desktop, eith respect, some of us don't read it and thus cannot even deduce what's displayed?

Is this an x86-64 version or a browser page? I can't tell cause your photo cuts off the edge of Chrome and ther eis no menu bar or min/max/exit buttons shown if native app. Is the app crashed or not responding in Task Manager in Applications tab (it'll show its exe file name in process, but we'll not go there if you haven't even mentioned this step).
What happens when you clear cookies and cache of. Chrome and close all non needed tabs - bookmark what you need for later or use hsitroy to get at them when this is resolved.
How much RAM does you comouter have, and how much is left after running what your version shows running?
For what is worth, DEX did not work for me at first either, but after I allowed my TV to be on the network, it worked great and is very cool. So, if your TV is not networked, enable that and try then. Sorry if it doesn't help!
