I am having some difficulty with setting up Shaw email account on Samsung email. I entered same entry as I did on Samsung A5 and Samsung S20 ultra. But for some reason I can't set it up on my daughters S9 phone. I called ISP no help from there.

Ok, on S9, try this:

Open Settings->Apps->Email->Storage

Clear data and clear cache

After this, you need to setup the Shaw Exchange ActiveSync account again. Let me know if this help. Thx.

Also, would like to know if your daughter S9 has internet connection or not? Try switch between WiFi and data. Make sure the phone is not on Airplane mode. I know this chance is low, just double check make sure.
