Samsung Health/Pass root problem (NOT ROOTED)

I've been using my S8+ for 2.5 years now. I got it straight up from my carrier and haven't tempered with it in any away (excluding changing animations speed via developer mode).

Now when I try to access said apps in the title I get rejected with root error. I've encountered this problem once before and could fix it by clearing data & cache and rebooting afterwards. This time (second time) it didn't help. Last resort is factory reset, but I really dont want to do it. Is there any other solutions to this menace?

Phone status

Samsung support used template excuses and shifting blame on me. Although they recommended to go to samsung physical store and ask around there. I'm still going to do that as well.

Yeah I called them on this 🤔 cleared data/cache, spent like an hour on the phone 👎 end solution, I let them connect to my phone, a mistake for this and they deleted and reinstalled the app but I lost all my info somehow 🤦♂️ I'd love to hear another fix and how to save the data properly🤙👍
