NotiStar does not need to take up that much storage space.
You can select which apps you want Notifications from & Add additional filters.
You can also protect the Notifications you want to keep, and be able to clear the ones that you don't need or want.
You can also automatically delete data after a user selected time period, from 7 days - to essentially never.
If you know where the data for NotiStar is stored, then you should be able to zip it & send it to where you want, but I haven't looked into it.

Galaxy SYou want to keep ALL of the data, including stuff like weather Notifications?
It's FAR from ideal, but you can Long Press on each Notification individually, and Copy or Share it to your Cloud Storage, or pretty much anywhere else..
But you don't seem to be able to Select All and then Share.
