Samsung s22 ultra missing track pad icon on nav bar

I have a samsung s22 ultra Sm-S908W I have just started using dex and it worked fine for a day or two on two tvs and PC but now it's missing the track pad icon in the navigation bar and all options are greyed out in DEX. I can still connect just fine but have no way of controlling it on TV. I tried clearing all data and cache and clear partition cache as I had a samsung employee remotely controlled the phone and tried to resolve the issue but failed. I read online others having this issue but no has had a solution to it.

Hold on. Okay, uh, wow. Tracking people is like so wrong, I mean, wow, come on, geez louise. That's good that you cannot track stuff on your phone, because privacy is at risk otherwise. Glad this is cleared up dude.
