With my S23 I use wifi (not wifi6) at home and periodically some applications begin to slow and hang during network access .
- some other apps go on to work well.
- the apps thar are not working well  with the S23 are working well in wifi with other phones...
-on the S23 when I stop the wifi, all apps work well back with the 4G....

I tried a lot of things (dynamic iP,/static IP , randomized MACs or not, reinstall apps , wipe apps cache and data ) with no success.

The workaround I found was to stop IPV6 on my internet box . On the samsung S23 all works fine in IPV4. But this solution is not very satisfactory.

I have experienced on Linksys Velop. IPV6 causing no internet and have to disable IPV6 on WAN and LAN. But now changed to Asus, I do not have such problem anymore.

However, my symptoms are not the same as you have. But I saw quite a few issue with IPV6 since last year.

Hi, I request you to please perform Safe Mode on the device and check the issue again.

To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:

First, completely power off the phone.

Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen.

If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.

Once you are in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.

Important: When you exit Safe Mode, some of your customization options (wallpapers, themes, etc.) may be reset to default.
