Galaxy SI haven't been using my S25 Ultra for the past hour, so just as a reference, here is the temperature of mine.
I don't see any issues whatsoever with the temperature.
As far as I am concerned, it's perfectly normal.
As for the High Usage, I suspect that it's also perfectly normal depending on what you are doing with the phone.
As for the Battery.. No issues in my opinion.
But if you have a high performance car, and you are using that performance, of course it's going to use more fuel.

Galaxy SHi Nitun,
We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing battery drain and overheating on your Galaxy S25 Ultra. We understand how frustrating it can be when your device isnβt performing as expected.
Please perform Clear Cache Partition. Clearing the cache partition can help resolve performance issues caused by outdated system data.
- Power off your device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously.
- When the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition, then press the Power button to select.
- After the process completes, select Reboot system now.
Check which apps or services are consuming the most power: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Usage. This will give you a breakdown of battery usage by apps.
If you notice that Google Services Framework or System Server are consuming too much battery, try the following: Settings > Apps > Google Play Services and Google Services Framework: Turn off "Allow background activity" if itβs not critical for your usage.
Disable Background Processes. Some apps might continue running in the background, which can contribute to overheating and battery drain. Settings > Apps > Running apps: Close apps that you're not actively using.
Use Power Saving Mode. To help manage overheating and battery drain, use the Power Saving Mode: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Power mode, and choose either Medium power saving or Maximum power saving.
Itβs great that you're using Thermal Guardian to monitor the temperature of your device. If it shows consistent overheating, this might be due to specific apps. Monitor the appβs findings and try to identify any problematic processes.
If the issue persists despite trying the steps above, performing a factory reset could help eliminate any problems. Please be sure to back up your data before proceeding:

Thank you.
